SOME RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Feeds and updates database information. Monitors databases and operations, guaranteeing their proper updating.
  • Receive support requests in files, which you digitally assemble, print and scan. 
  • Detects possible errors in the files and reports them to the Coordinator, guaranteeing that the adjustment is made as soon as possible.
  • Organizes and maintains printed files, ensuring they are well classified, up-to-date, and accessible to the team.
  • Collaborate on administrative and/or support tasks required by the firm.
  • Perform other functions as assigned, related to providing assistance to the Firm's operations team.
Qualifications:
  • Associate, bachelor or student about legal, administration or a related field (not limited).
  • Previous experience in similar role is preferred, not limited.
  • Familiarity with legal procedures, terminology (not limited).
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with document management experience is preferred.
  • Comfortable Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multitask and work well under some pressure
  • Hardworking, responsible and detail-oriented.
  • Fluent in English – Spanish.
