IBMC Lending se estableció en 2013, nuestro objetivo es crear un equipo en el que los Loan officers ganen la mayor comission posible y pudieran ofrecer los intereses mas bajos a sus clientes y cuenten con un excelente apoyo en equipo. Nos enorgullecemos de tener el mejor servicio al cliente, las tarifas más bajas y los mayores pagos. Somos un direct lender que no tiene un margen incorporado en nuestras tasas de interes, Nuestros oficiales de préstamo ganan de 3 a 5 puntos en cada préstamo.

Por loan Officer  experimentado, ofrecemos hasta el 80% de comisión. Para los Loan officers que no tienen tanta experiencia, ofrecemos un servicio de conserjería con una comission del 60/40 %, que consiste en que nuestro equipo lo asista en cada paso del camino y aumentando su comision como balla aprendiendo.

Estamos buscando Loan Officers que autogeneren y  trabajen de forma remota, no ofrecemos clientes potenciales ni un salario, este es un puesto solo a comisión.
