Job DescriptionJob Description

We are a growing private dental practice looking for a bright motivated, Associate Dentist, that focuses on providing individualized, quality, and comprehensive dental care to our patients.

New Graduates are welcome to apply, and mentorship will be provided by an experienced Dentist.

Basic minimum of $900/day with earning potential of 300k/year

  • 30% of production pay
  • Two weeks paid time off
  • company pay $1500 towards continuing education

Associate Dentist Requirements:

  • DDS/DMD from an accredited University

Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time

Pay: $900.00 per day

Schedule:

  • Monday to Thursday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Yearly bonus based on performance

Responsibilities:
- Perform dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning for patients
- Administer local anesthesia and perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and root canals
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive dental care
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient and effective patient care
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Follow aseptic techniques and infection control protocols to ensure patient safety

Experience:
- New Graduate or Experienced Associate Dentist are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in patient assessment and diagnosis of oral health conditions
- Knowledge of dental documentation and coding for accurate billing and insurance claims
- Familiarity with dental anatomy and the latest advancements in dental technology

Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients and the dental team
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate diagnosis and treatment planning
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating with the dental team
- Proficiency in using dental software systems for patient management and record keeping
