- Pull their medical records, or take a new patient history
- Answer the phone and schedule appointments or answer patient questions
- Maintain comprehensive medical records, as needed
- Verify Insurance coverage, deductibles, Co-insurance, Co-pays
- Medical Terminology
- Epic EMR experience (Not required but a plus)
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Familiarity with basic computer programs, such as the Microsoft Office suite
