We have partnered with a 500+ unit Market Rate apartment complex in Ellington who is in need of Maintenance help

We have 2 open positions and are paying $19-22/hour with a schedule of 8am - 5pm Mon-Fri

You will perform necessary work to make apartments move-in ready and work orders.

Responsibilities:

  • Light Plumbing (leaky faucets, snaking drains, installing new toilets, caulking)
  • Light Electrical (changing fixtures, switches)
  • Painting
  • Drywall Patching
  • Clean Up, Trash Removal

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
  • Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Ability to handle physical workload
