We are seeking a Hot Mop Shower Pan Installer Or Laborer - Ojeda Shower Pans to join our team You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment. This is an intensive labor position with room for growth. This job is in the construction field but waterproofing with hot asphalt is our specialty. No experience is necessary and we are willing to train the right persons for the job Starting positions are no experience at 15.00hr with rapid growth after training and gained experience up to 25.00hr

Responsibilities:

  • Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition
  • Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors and shampooing rugs 
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks
  • Organize custodial closets and spaces
  • Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Good attendance 
  • Good Driving record
  • Early mornings with a 5am start
