Janitorial Worker

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in office spaces and retail locations. This includes performing a variety of cleaning tasks to ensure the facilities are clean, sanitary, and safe for everyone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
• Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, counters, and shelves.
• Empty and dispose of trash and recycling.
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors.
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.
• Perform additional cleaning duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to travel between multiple locations.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

Working Conditions:

• This position involves working in various office and retail environments.
• Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• May involve standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
