We are currently looking for a Corporate Admin to join us in our Fuquay-Varina store:

BASIC FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Assists CEO, COO and CFO with all Company-related needs, as well as the Corporate Management Team with Company-related issues and needs.

· Assists the Corporate team with administrative functions such as scheduling meetings, prep for Board meetings and travel arrangements for employee travel.

· Receipts some allied vendors complete goods into inventory

· Manage Overage / Shortage and Damage claims for compete goods.

· Responsible for Mass Channel AR collection and follow up after the sale process.

 

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

· Associates degree is required (Bachelor’s degree preferred) or equivalent of experience.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

· Good written communication skills (typing skills required).

· Good interpersonal skills in dealing with others.

· Understanding of double-entry accounting principles.

· Detail oriented with good organizational skills.

· Ability to work outside traditional business hours, as needed.

This position will work approximately 25 hours per week.
