Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Veterinarian located in Fort Lauderdale, FL at Arbor Pet Hospital. The Associate Veterinarian will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to pets, treating and diagnosing illnesses, and performing veterinary procedures as needed. The Associate Veterinarian will also work with a team of veterinary professionals to develop and implement treatment plans, provide preventive care, and educate clients on pet health.

 

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited institution
  • Must have a current Florida veterinary license or be eligible to obtain one
  • Must have a DEA license or eligible to obtain one
  • USDA Accreditation is a plus
  • Excellent medical and surgical skills
  • Strong communication and client service skills
  • Willingness to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Passionate about providing exceptional veterinary care to pets
  • Dedicated to ongoing professional development and learning
