Job Description:

(First Class Services, Inc.):  Currently looking for a high caliber & enthusiastic individual seeking interest as a Terminal Manager.  Candidate must have a strong work ethic.  Candidate must be capable of operating at a high tempo, and ability to adapt in a challenging environment to achieve customer supply and demand.  Work closely with company leadership to ensure customer service orders are processed and completed to the highest standard.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Ø  Record and maintain records, e.g. bill of ladings, scale tickets, receipts, etc.

Ø  Complete railyard inventory

Ø  Must monitor, respond, and process email correspondence and calls from customers and vendors

Ø  Ensure required paperwork is processed for all loads being transported and delivered

Ø  Occasionally assist with employee orientation and training

Ø  Be an effective liaison between drivers and company management; this will also include the promoting of morale and positive reinforcement.

Ø  Provides timely communication of critical events that need to be considered and/or addressed by Management.

Ø  Maintain working knowledge of Federal, State, and local rules and regulations, including, but not limited to, Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSR), to ensure compliance

Skills:

Ø  Proficient admin & clerical skills

Ø  Demonstrate experience with Word, Excel and other MS Office applications

Ø  McLeod Transportation Management System(TMS) preferred but not required

Ø  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once.

Ø  Must be able to work in a team concept environment

Ø  Self-motivated and pro-active.

Ø  Must have exceptional interpersonal skills

Ø  Good understanding of intra-department functions and operations

Ø  Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and written.

Ø  Excellent customer services skills.

Ø  High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

Ø  Must pass background check

Ø  Must pass a drug screening
