Job Summary:

Assemble or modify electrode-mechanical equipment or devices.

Experience, Education, & kills:

  • Mechanical skills and prior experience working with hand tools.
  • Need to be able to assemble & disassemble small engine parts and other various items
  • Must be able to read & pass a tape measure test

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assemble parts or units, and position, align, and fasten units to assemblies, sub-assemblies, or frames, using hand tools and power tools

• Will be expected to be able to measure down to decimals with tape measures.

• File, lap, and buff parts to fit, using hand and power tools.

• Position, align, and adjust parts for proper fit and assembly.

• Disassemble units to replace parts or to crate them for shipping.

• Operate safety equipment and use safe work habits.

• May be expected to assist in other manufacturing production areas.

• Ensure safety training and certifications are completed timely.

• All other duties as assigned.
