Job Description- We are looking for experience CDL class A license driver to join our team, as a Local/Regional CDL driver you will be working on Lanes in Midwest (MI, OH, IN and IL). You will be expected to do the following duties-

  • Planning routes and meeting delivery schedules
  • Securing cargo and properly arranging and balancing it within the vehicle
  • Communicating and coordinating with dispatchers
  • Submit your BOL/POD and fuel receipts at the end of your trip
  • Maintaining elog of working hours in compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Ensuring any mechanical issues with the vehicle are corrected before driving
  • Obeying and following applicable traffic laws
  • Reporting defects, accidents and violations
  • Performing daily maintenance of truck (refueling, cleaning, etc.)
  • Interacting with customers in a professional manner
  • Performing pre- and post-trip vehicle inspection reports
  • Don't leave the truck unattended at shipper's/receiver's

Qualifications-

  • Valid CDL class A license
  • Minimum of 2 years DOT regulated Commercial Driving Experience (CDL - Class A)
  • Must be at least 23 years old
  • Must pass Physical Exam, drug screening and driving test
  • No serious traffic violation in past 3 years
  • English proficiency required
  • Strong work ethic

Benefits-

  • Great pay make $4000 to $6000/monthly
  • Joining bonus up to $1000*
  • Safe driving quarterly bonus $250**
  • Paid holidays***
  • Monthly team building events, paid dinners etc.

 

*Joining bonus is paid after completing 6 months with company.

**Safety bonus is subjected to safe driving in a quarter (no accidents, no equipment damage and no violations)

***Paid holidays (New Year Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day) and Holidays are paid after completing 6 months with company.
