Responsibilities:

  • Data Analytics & Reporting: Analyze data related to security incidents, phishing simulations, and employee behavior to identify trends, measure program effectiveness, and provide actionable insights.
  • Cyber Threat Analysis: Stay updated on the latest cyber threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Translate complex security concepts into easily understandable content for a non-technical audience.
  • Security Awareness Campaigns: Assist in the development and execution of security awareness campaigns. Tailor messaging to target specific risks and behaviors that need to be addressed within the organization.
  • Content Creation & Graphic Design: Develop visually engaging content, including infographics, posters, and digital materials, that align with security awareness objectives.
  • Use graphic design skills to enhance the impact of awareness materials.
  • Presentation & Training: Deliver presentations and information sessions to employees across the organization.
  • Use clear and persuasive communication to educate and influence positive security behaviors.
  • Program Development: Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Security Awareness Program.
  • Provide recommendations based on data-driven insights and industry best practices.
  • Collaboration & Support: Work closely with other members of the Security Awareness team and stakeholders across the organization.
  • Provide support in planning and executing awareness events, campaigns, and activities.

Required Skills:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a security awareness program or a related role. Experience in data analytics, cyber threat analysis, and behavior change strategies is essential.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Goggle Sheets, Tableau, Power BI), graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite), and presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint or Goggle Slides).
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of current cyber threats, security best practices, and how to effectively communicate these concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to create clear, concise, and compelling messages that resonate with different audience groups.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team and across departments.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on finding innovative solutions to drive security awareness and behavior change.
  • Experience: Prior experience in a similar role within a corporate environment is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Advanced graphic design skills, website development, and experience with video editing software.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Data Analytics, Communications, or a related field.
  • Certification: CISSP, CISM, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
