As a plumber you will work as part of a dynamic and passionate team to demonstrate technical competency and exceed customer expectations by accomplishing the highest quality installations, every time.

  • Know how to establish customer rapport to ensure highest levels of satisfaction.
  • Diagnose HVAC systems with accuracy and detail.
  • Present yourself professionally and with knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business.
  • Have honesty and integrity as one of your core values in your life.
  • Be accountable and a person who likes to collaborate with the team for solutions.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck.
  • Participate actively in all formal exercises and training to master service systems.
  • Assist in completing accurate and timely paperwork.
  • Above all is to have fun at work. We work in an industry that is very serious but lets have fun doing it.

Expectations

  • Have a valid drivers license with a clean record.
  • Submit to drug testing and not be in use of drugs.
  • Be available to work within our entire service area.
  • Be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
  • Competitive individual contributor who also loves to win as a team.
  • Highly motivated, self-starter who’s flexible and has a great attitude on life.
  • Be available to be on call with the journeyman HVAC techs every 8th-11th weekend a month.
  • Reliability and respect amongst team members.
  • Strong desire to be a better with each day.
  • Have knowledge of hand tools to work independently.
  • High aptitude working with hands in a technical setting.

This is a great opportunity for an individual that have a solid career in the Plumbing trade. You can also build hours toward Electrical and HVAC licensing if you desire. This would give you the opportunity to work in any of these fields in the future.
