Job Requirements:

 

1. Demonstrates understanding of the Department of Family and Children Services (DFCS) and assists clients in identifying, securing, and sustaining a range of resources needed to facilitate family independence.

  1. 3-5 years of work experience in behavioral modification, parenting skills training
  2. Knowledge of the DSM-V TR diagnosis in adults, children/youth
  3. Knowledge of crisis management interventions, intensive case management, and other rehabilitation supports preferred for families and their children/youth.
  4. Knowledge of the BIRP Progress note documentation.
  5. Group psychoeducation experience.
  6. Good verbal and written communication skills also, excellent interpersonal skills and team player concepts.
