We have partnered with a 200 unit market rate property in need of a Maintenance Assistant in Berwyn PA.

Pay $16-17 hourly

We are open to full time and part time help

  • Hands on painting, snow removal, landscaping and additional light maintenance duties
  • Must be willing to complete janitorial duties including general common area and grounds upkeep, garbage removal
  • Ideally someone with 1+ year of experience
