The Role

Are you a self-driven, disciplined, and reliable individual looking to kickstart your career in the construction industry? We are seeking a motivated Construction Apprentice to join our dedicated team. If you have a passion for learning and a desire to excel in a hands-on environment, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Assist experienced construction professionals in various tasks on-site.
  • Learn and apply construction techniques, safety protocols, and best practices.
  • Support the team in maintaining a clean and organized work area.
  • Operate and maintain dump trucks and trailers under the guidance of experienced drivers.
  • Embrace opportunities for travel to different job sites to gain exposure to diverse projects.
  • Utilize computer and smartphone skills to document progress and communicate effectively.

Requirements

  • A strong sense of self-discipline and motivation to learn and grow in the construction field.
  • Previous construction experience is a plus and will be highly regarded.
  • Possess a good driving record and experience with dump trucks and trailers desired.
  • Flexibility to travel to various work locations as required.
  • Proficiency in using computers and smartphones for communication and reporting.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and take direction from experienced professionals.
