Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager for residential projects to join our team You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
- Coordinate work schedules between multiple people
- Problem solving capabilities with customer projects
- Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
- Tracking the progress of projects and ensure timelines are being followed
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Working Conditions: Required to drive throughout Los Angeles and neighboring cities to visit project sites. Valid CA Driver License Required.
Qualifications:
- Previous minimum 5 years experience in construction management or other related fields
- Familiarity with construction management software
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
