Austell, United States Brandit Llc Full time
Job DescriptionJob Description

Small, fast growing corporate branding business is looking for a CSR/Inside Sales Rep.

We sell anything a company wants their logo on: Apparel, Signs, Promotional Items, branded PPE, and pretty much anything else you can think of.

This position will train in our corporate office in Marietta, but will most likely work from our Austell location which is primarily a sign shop. The corporate office and embroidery shop is in Marietta.

Day to day duties for this role would vary with the needs of the company, but it would include answering phones and helping customers with orders along with light admin duties like ordering supplies, printing shipping labels and entering orders.

People love to buy what we sell so it tends to be an enjoyable job helping them find things for their corporate events, gifts, incentive programs, etc.

We use proprietary software to manage the business that you will be in most of the day so basic computer skills are a must.

We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic that is passionate about their work. This is not a cushy job, the company was growing at 100% per year pre-COVID and managed to grow at 15% while the rest of our industry was cut in half. We are returning to accelerated growth (up 65% this year). That creates a hectic environment at times, but that rapid growth also creates a lot of opportunity for people that want to join our team and put in the effort to help us grow.

Careless mistakes are expensive in our business so possessing a strong attention to detail is a must. Industry experience in preferred but not required.
