Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a Handyman- Installer to become a part of our team You will perform necessary work to keep various items in homes and structures in a safe and professional manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Repair major and minor issues with all trades of the home, minor plumbing, minor electrical, painting, flooring, drywall repairs.
  • Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion
  • Order and replace broken parts or equipment
  • Maintain a clean and a safe work space
  • Perform other duties, as assigned 

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
  • Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Ability to handle physical workload

Pay will be based on experience. Gas reimbursement will be given as job sites are not at one location.
