Our hiring process consists of:

  • Complete the ZipRecruiter application and questionnaire
  • If qualified we will schedule a phone interview
  • An in-person interview will follow for qualified candidates

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customers seeking support in person, over the phone, and email
  • Prepare computers for end users
  • Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting
  • Document throughout the process, maintain documentation
  • Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by clients
  • Walk the customer through the troubleshooting and proposed solutions
  • Escalate issues to the next level of support personnel as needed
  • Follow up and update clients on the status of their requests

This position does not involve any coding/development.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience with PC hardware diagnostics and repair
  • A personal interest in technology
  • Proven understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve advanced technical issues
  • Ability to ask for help when needed
  • Attention to detail and process
  • Solid written communication skills
  • Microsoft 365 experience is highly recommended
