Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Window Tinter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience window tinting with both plotter experience and hand cutting, a strong work ethic, an upbeat attitude, and a passion for delivering top-notch service. This role offers the opportunity to grow with our expanding company, with a focus on both personal and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform precision window tinting services on our clients vehicles while having a balance of speed and quality.
• Monitor stock of company films and alert management of low inventory as needed.
• Occasionally hand wash vehicles as need before client pick-up
• Conduct our company's 22-point vehicle inspection on every vehicle.
• Utilize provided personal protection equipment (PPE) consistently.
• Identify and document vehicle needs and recommend additional services to clients.
• Maintain a high level of attendance and punctuality.
• Adhere to all federal, state, local, and company safety rules and policies.
• Complete all required trainings and follow company procedures.
• Uphold company core values and ensure the shop is clean and organized.
• Engage in occasional marketing activities, such as distributing door hangers.
• Occasionally use your own vehicle if necessary, though company vehicles will be the primary mode of transportation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Must-Haves:

• 1-2 years professionally tinting various vehicle makes and models both domestic and imports with use of a plotter machine, plotter software, and intermediate level hand cutting.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions, including extreme heat and occasional cold.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (as needed)
• No weekends required
• Schedules will be provided in advance with ample notice
