HealthWays, Inc. in Weirton WV is currently hiring for a Mental Health Director position.

The applicant must have knowledge of psychotherapeutic and psycho diagnostic techniques and the ability to evaluate and diagnose individuals; as well as provide treatment utilizing variety of the above-mentioned techniques.

Doctorate or master’s or degree in counseling is required from a regional accredited college or university; and is preferred to have at least five years of experience in the mental health field, two of which must be supervisory experience.

A West Virginia license of the highest level or immediate eligibility for such license is required (LPC). Healthways offers Medical, Dental, Vision, Supplemental benefits, 401-K, and vacation time.
