CNC Programmer

**Job Overview:** We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in operating and programming CNC machines to produce precision parts. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment. **Responsibilities:** - Develop CNC programs using software such as CATIA and CAD - Set up and operate CNC machines including milling machines, lathes, and electrical discharge machining (EDM) equipment - Interpret technical drawings and blueprints for part fabrication - Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy of machined parts - Perform tooling changes and adjustments as needed - Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize machining processes **Skills:** - Proficiency in CNC programming and operation - Mechanical knowledge for machine setup and troubleshooting - Experience with tooling selection and maintenance - Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately - Familiarity with electrical discharge machining processes - Skilled in using precision measuring instruments for quality control - Knowledge of lathe operations for turning operations - Capability to fabricate parts with tight tolerances This position offers a competitive salary based on experience and skills.
