Summary

Brewery group located in NJ and MD is looking for Retail Sales Representatives in Southern New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Washington D.C., New York, Delaware, Virginia, & Maryland to support existing business and hunt for more.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales and wholesaler management within a defined territory.
• Responsible for Distribution, Display, and Placements of our brands and accounts in those designated territories.
• Ongoing data and activity analysis versus Annual Business plan for assigned wholesalers in the FFBC Network.
• Responsible for Program Development & Retail Standard execution in the market.
• Responsible for volume and distribution goals on a quarterly basis.
• Reports directly to Director of Sales.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields is essential.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, especially VIP/IDig and Karma is advantageous
• Ability to build strong rapport and lasting relationships with clients.
• Exceptional negotiation skills with a proven track record of successful deal closures.
• Strong attention to detail, coupled with the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
