Job DescriptionJob Description

The Vice President of Programs is a Senior Management position that oversees several Divisional Directors at LUK. The qualified candidate will inspire leadership within LUK’s prevention, support, network, placement, and transition to independent living programs. The qualified candidate will demonstrate experience and competency in overseeing program operations with particular strengths in creating and enhancing partnerships for internal teams and with external stakeholders. The candidate will incorporate the agency philosophy of systemic thinking, cultural responsiveness, trauma-informed care, and positive youth development into the work. The Vice President will report to the CEO. The role requires a minimum of a Master’s Degree with 10 years’ experience in the Human Services field. The successful applicant should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience managing programs as a Director and Supervisor.
