We are looking for appointment setter(s). We're looking for two part-time employees or one full-time employee.  We provide, to our clients, moving services across the United States. This is NOT a cold calling role, however candidates MUST have a large volume of outbound call/appointment setting experience. The individuals you are calling on have already reached out to us or one of our partners for moving assistance.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Making multiple outbound calls to potential customers to set up an appointment with one of our Move Pro's (sales people). You will be making 150+ calls a day.
  • Understanding a customer’s needs and offering solutions and support
  • Qualifying leads from digital campaigns
  • Maintaining a database (CRM) of customers
  • Answering customer questions and follow-up questions
  • Work with other departments to ensure a smooth sale and service process
  • Track weekly, monthly and quarterly metrics

Desired Experience/Skills:

  • Previous experience in outbound call center highly desired. Previous inside sales experience, or related sales experience helpful
  • Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close
  • Poise and self-assurance making outbound calls and creating email communication
  • Confidence with virtual calling platforms and screen-time (Facetime, Zoom, MS Teams, etc.) with the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers face-to-face
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Possesses an energetic, outgoing, professional, and friendly demeanor
  • Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
  • Previous experience using a CRM, Salesforce experience highly desired
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Do the nature of our business this position is not eligible for a remote work situation.
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED.
