We are currently seeking to hire sales people to join our team who love and are part of the fitness world.

Pure Steel is a workout equipment manufacturing company that strives to give back to the community and the battle against breast cancer.

This job is completely remote within your city. You will be driving from gym-to-gym creating relationships in order to sell our product.

Pay is based off commission when an order is placed.

And the best part is, you make your own hours

Responsibilities:

  • Be knowledgeable about the product.
  • Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion.
  • Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs.
  • Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems.
  • Answer questions about the products.
  • Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships.
  • Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements.
  • Participate in weekly meetings and follow-up e-mails.
  • Report to General Manager after client meet ups.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Customer services skills to listen to the concerns of a customer and be able to address their needs.
  • Interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people each day, build relationships and network.
  • Confidence and strong self-assuredness to succeed in cold-calling customers and making sales.
  • Communication skills, especially persuasion, to clearly convey the benefits of a product to potential customers.
  • Physical endurance, as sales representatives may need to be on their feet for long hours, spend a lot of time traveling between locations and carry products.
