We are looking for a Fitness Sales Associate - Brand Ambassador to join our team at Lift Tech Fitness.

Commission Based Pay Structure – higher than industry standard

Lift Tech Fitness is a manufacturer of weight-lifting accessories located in Rocklin, CA. We offer a full range of competitively priced and high-quality products serving gyms, supplement shops, retailers & distributors. Our products are worn and supported by all levels of fitness enthusiasts from novice “gym rats” to the top athletes competing at Mr. Olympia.

A small & privately owned company, Lift Tech is built on the foundation of trust, honesty, and integrity and we focus on doing what is right for our consumers and our team.

Role Description

We are looking for Sales Executives to join the Lift Tech Fitness team. Previous experience in a sales position is preferred and additional experience/relationships within the sporting &/or fitness industry is a plus. Our products would be a great addition for those candidates who have an existing fitness and sporting related sales portfolio.

Candidates would be required to:

  • Generate leads and drive sales within their designated territory by identifying and educating prospective customers.
  • Support and retain existing clients.
  • Respond timely and resolve effectively all customer service enquiries.
  • Help to ensure timely payments from clients.
  • Contribute to the overall sales program including strategizing on pricing schedules, promotions, and negotiations.
  • Travel (as necessary) to introduce and present Lift Tech Fitness.

Qualifications should include:

  • Knowledge of the sales process.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and follow-up skills including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently.
