Customer Service Data Entry

Our customer, located in Brookpark Ohio, is currently seeking a Customer Service Data Entry person to work at their facility. Come work in this friendly and safe environment who stride themselves on high quality products and outstanding customer service. The hours are 12pm-8pm and the rate of pay is $17.00/hr.

What you will do:

·         Process incoming orders from web, email, and phone calls

·         Opening and maintaining customer accounts

·         Responding promptly to customer inquiries, problems, and product related questions

·         Resolving order and invoice issues

What you need:

·         1-3 years of customer service and data entry experience

·         Previous experience with MS Office

·         High School Diploma required
