This is a direct-hire role with a salary range of  $110K-$140K (Plus 10% Annual Bonus Target). A Comprehensive healthcare plans, PTO package, relocation assistance available.

About the Role:

Our Client is seeking a highly motivated Lead IT Business Analyst to be the key liaison between multiple departments (Materials, Purchasing, Operations, Finance, HR, and Logistics) and IT within our Spartanburg facility. As our “boots on the ground” expert, you will play a critical role in supporting business processes, requirements gathering, and implementing effective software solutions with a focus on JD Edwards ERP systems. You will be supported by a dedicated team to ensure success in this dynamic and fast-paced role.

Top Qualifications:

  1. ERP or SAP experience (JD Edwards preferred)
  2. 7+ years of Business Analyst experience
  3. Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn across multiple business systems

Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading the process of identifying business requirements and developing comprehensive solutions
  • Creating detailed business documentation and functional/technical specifications
  • Acting as a subject matter expert and liaison between business functions and IT
  • Providing day-to-day support and overseeing project-related policies and training
  • Managing ongoing production support and educating the support team as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis or IT
  • Ability to travel up to 20%

  • Relevant certifications (IIBA, ITIL, CBAP, CCAB)
  • Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other web-based software applications
