Loan Processor/AP Clerk

Our company is currently seeking a Loan Processor/AP Clerk to join our growing team You will be responsible for reviewing documents and entering financial records for our company.
Responsibilities:
- Review and verify loan documents for accuracy and completion
- Work with dealers to put together deals that meet our guidelines
- Obtain accounts payable records, check for accuracy and enter data
- Ensure all accounts payable are paid timely and correctly
- Check the accuracy of business transactions
- Perform data entry and administrative duties
- Assist Controller with any accounting, administrative or payroll duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in loan processing, accounting, or other related fields in automotive finance and accounting
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Bilingual is helpful but not necessary
