Pain Solutions Physical Therapy is an independent private practice focused on treatment of acute and chronic pain conditions. Pain Solution’s treatment model is highly based on the work done by Adriaan Louw, PT, PhD and his colleagues of the International Spine and Pain Institute and Evidence in Motion. We at Pain Solutions have had much success treating patients with pain, so much that we are growing steadily and need help We are looking to add the right therapist to our team who is motivated to learn and progress in their knowledge and skills. Therapists will receive on-the-job training in treatment of the most common pain conditions (if needed), and time will be allocated for mentorship along with a generous continuing education benefit to continue to build skills and confidence. Pain Solutions Physical Therapy’s business model is designed to promote work-life balance and provide professional growth for therapists. Caseload schedules include 45 minute treatments and 60 minute evaluations, giving each therapist time to develop a therapeutic alliance with each patient, learn their patient’s needs and how they respond to treatment, and affect long lasting change. Caseloads are limited to a maximum of 11 patients per shift, helping to enhance therapists’ productivity without leaving them drained at the end of the day. Pros for Pain Solutions Physical Therapy:
