Custodial Technician

Monday-Friday

7:00AM-9:00AM

Must be 18 yrs or older with Valid ID and Reliable Transportation.

Must be willing to take a background check.

Position has an abundance of flexibility and growth opportunity.Job Duties Include:

• Empty Trashcans
• High/Low Dusting
• Wipe Down/Disinfect all general rooms/areas
• Clean Entrance and Glass Doors
• Clean Bathrooms including toilet, sink, and dispensers
• Restock Paper Products
• Sweep/Vacuum & Mop Floors
• Clean and sanitize horizontal and high community touch point services
• High Low Dust and Disinfect Stairways
• Clean and Polish Elevators
• Maintain a clean and organized janitors closet
• Proper use off Timekeeping app

Requirements:
- Previous experience in industrial or commercial cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of custodial practices and procedures
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment and machinery
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods of time
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication skills

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $12.50 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 – 20 per week
