DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY

Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Duties:
- Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems
- Perform regular maintenance on heating and cooling units
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues
- Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring
- Test HVAC systems for proper functioning
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning and lubricating equipment
- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role
- Field service experience is preferred
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including design and installation principles
- Familiarity with appliance repair and plumbing is a plus
- Mechanical knowledge and aptitude for troubleshooting
- Proficient in reading schematics and blueprints
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces
