Lisette Home Care Services is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (RN) to join our team. Our ideal candidate will fill the part time position of Home Care LPN for our Aston, PA home care office. This office provides best in class care to our clients throughout Delaware county.

What We Are Looking For

  • Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
  • Visit our adult clients and conduct comprehensive assessments in Aston, Boothwyn and other surrounding areas.
  • Oversee the care plan and its execution.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Adhere to HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality.
  • Supervise HHA's in the field.
  • Facilitate new hire orientation.
  • Participate in the training of and in-services for field staff.
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with 2 or more years of experience as an LPN.

Must Have Qualifications

  • Valid nursing license (LPN).
  • Knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
  • Proficient in medication administration and basic life support techniques.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients and their families.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a home care environment.
  • Experience in providing patient care in a home care or similar setting is preferred.
