We are a rapidly growing company that needs to bring on a new entry-level Field Engineer to first work in the field on our construction sites to learn our business from the ground up. The person hired will be working on our construction sites in Stephenville, TX, or our job site in Prosper, TX. As this person grows in their position there is the opportunity and expectation that he/she will be brought into the corporate office in Fort Worth, TX. 

Job Responsibilities: 

In this position, you will work with the site Superintendent and Project Manager to process submittals, safety reports, attend meetings, and work on the construction site to learn the Commercial Plumbing & Mechanical trade. 

Who we're looking for:

  • A Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or similar is required
  • Previous experience working in construction is highly  preferred, but not required
  • The ability to read plans is required
  • Must have the willingness and ability to work on a construction site
  • Good communication skills, the ability to plan and prioritize work to meet deadlines
  • A pre-employment background check and drug test will be required
