Job Description/Role

Here at Rome Grinding Solutions, our Outside Sales Representatives are responsible for a range of different tasks related to customer service, customer satisfaction, and "making it happen" in regards to sales. This position largely consists of servicing Iowa, Missouri, Arkansas, Kentucky, Tennessee, North Dakota, South Dakota, allowing for a potential Hybrid/Remote option. As a Regional Sales Specialist, 50% or more of your focus will be on searching out, establishing, building and fostering productive long-lasting customer relationships. The other 50% will be spent partnering with Sales Support Specialists and developing sales strategies to attract new customers and offer service and support to existing customers. Rome Grinding Solutions is seeking a personable, committed employee with exceptional drive that can get the job done. Whether it be technical support, equipment audits, delivering new and/or rebuilt products, or establishing new, long lasting relationships with our customers, we want a "go getter".

Responsibilities

  • Develop innovative sales strategies, and evaluating the effectiveness
  • Source and generate new sales
  • Meet monthly goals set by team/self
  • Maintain and expand client database
  • Communicate often w/Director of Sales
  • Provide periodic sales forecast reports
  • Be a Product Expert
  • Resolve Customer Complaints
  • Place Customer Orders
  • Work with production to meet targets
  • Serve as the point person for customers
  • Participate in shows, trainings, meetings
  • Competent with industry standards
  • Maintains confidentiality

Job Type: Hybrid-Remote w/ In-House Training (Located in &/or familiarity with territory Preferred) Traveling 50% of the time
