Lion DTF is a fast growing Direct-to-Film (DTF) printer that is seeking a part-time to full-time Creative Customer Service Rep. Are you passionate about customer service and have a knack for graphic design? We're looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Creative Customer Service Rep to join our team and play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our valued customers.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Communication: Excellent phone and email communication skills are a necessity

  • Graphic Design Skills: Basics of Illustrator and Photoshop.

  • Problem Solving: Creative problem-solving abilities with a positive outlook

  • Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail with grammar and spelling

  • Fluency in spoken and written English

  • Organized with a keen eye for detail

  • Commitment to customer satisfaction

  • Availability to start within 1-2 weeks

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Customer Focus: The primary emphasis is on delivering exceptional customer service experiences

  • Customer Engagement: Comfortable conversing with customers over the phone to address inquiries

  • Administrative Tasks: Checking artwork, building gang sheets, creating invoices, handling UPS claims, customer quotes, and managing customer correspondences

 

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

 

Expected hours: Mon - Fri 20-30 hours per week to start
