We are seeking a skilled Forklift Reach Truck Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a reach truck to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise in our warehouse. This role requires the safe and efficient operation of the reach truck and other material handling equipment to ensure a smooth flow of goods throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

    •    Operate a reach truck to load, unload, and move products and materials within the warehouse.
    •    Perform routine inspections and maintenance of the forklift to ensure optimal performance and safety.
    •    Accurately pick and put away products based on inventory requirements and work orders.
    •    Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
    •    Assist in inventory management, including cycle counts and inventory audits.
    •    Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse operations and improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

    •    High school diploma or equivalent.
    •    Proven experience as a Forklift Reach Truck Operator or similar role.
    •    Valid forklift certification.
    •    Ability to lift heavy objects and perform repetitive tasks.
    •    Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
    •    Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
