Summary of the Role: 

We are seeking a Business Process Coordinator to join the FurnitureFinders team who is highly organized, communicative and proactive to support the FurnitureFinders team and initiatives. This role will contribute to the team by documenting and revising our overall strategic plan, collaborating with leadership, and performing support tasks which foster internal and external advancements.  

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Analyze and document existing processes and identify opportunities for enhancements that align with our strategic objectives. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate the adoption and integration of new processes and strategies. 

  • Track and document key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure customer service effectiveness and implement necessary adjustments. 

  • Support marketing, customer success and operational initiatives with organization, documentation and execution. 

  • Perform administrative functions as directed  

  • Manage project timelines, compile reports, and incorporate CEO feedback for ongoing process enhancement. 

 

Desired Qualifications:  

  • BS/BA in Business, Finance, or related technical or management field 

  • Proven track record with at least 2 years of experience in business process management 

  • Highly Organized with strong attention to detail 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities paired with efficient time management 

  • Data-driven, strategic outlook with a focus on tangible results 

  • Knowledge of the furniture industry is plus 

  • Advanced knowledge and an interest in technology 

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively 

  • Ability to apply innovative thinking to solve problems and capture opportunities 

  • Natural problem-solving mindset that seeks to meet the customer's needs
