Responsibilities
  • Research and recommend travel destinations, accommodations, and activities based on client preferences and budget
  • Create detailed itineraries and travel plans to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for clients
  • Book flights, hotels, and transportation for clients, ensuring all necessary documents and information are provided
  • Collaborate with vendors and travel agencies to negotiate and secure competitive rates for clients
  • Stay up-to-date with travel trends, visa requirements, and travel advisories to provide accurate and relevant information to clients
  • Handle any changes or issues that may arise during travel, ensuring a quick resolution and minimal disruption to the client's plans
  • Maintain excellent communication with clients throughout the planning process, providing timely updates and addressing any concerns or questions they may have
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in travel planning or a related role (preferred) 
  • Strong knowledge of popular travel destinations, airlines, and hotel chains
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
  • Proficient in using travel booking platforms and online reservation systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and customer-focused attitude
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and travel requirements
