We are currently seeking to hire an Inside Sales Executives to join our team You will be responsible for overseeing and developing a sales team to drive company revenue.

NEED 4 HUNGRY MOTIVATED OVERACHIEVERS WHO WANT TO MAKE MONEY AND GRIND THE SKIES THE LIMIT WITH THIS BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate the sales team activities
  • Go through Government bids, plans and specifications to determine eligibility and then bid and manage the project upon award.
  • Ability to read blueprints, understand plans and specifications on city, state, local and federal bid opportunities.
  • Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team
  • Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
  • Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
  • Report on team and individual performance
  • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
  • Build and form new partnerships with potential clients

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field
  • Go through Government bids, plans and specifications to determine eligibility and then bid and manage the project upon award.
  • Ability to read blueprints, understand plans and specifications on city, state, local and federal bid opportunities.
  • Experience in construction and bidding projects.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Ability to build rapport with clients

manufactured playground equipment, pavilions, shade structures, basketball court systems, etc. and

will be providing play scaping services for the convenience, style, enjoyment, and affordability
that is in today’s growing housing and commercial market demand. While there are other providers of
play equipment and surfacing, Innovative Sport Surfacing will provide a NATIONWIDE turn-key
playground, park, recreation and construction service that will help solve the problem of finding
quality products and services from a number of separate contractors while Innovative Sport
Surfacing can provide & install any and all products & services to our customers -TURNKEY. With
over 90 years of combined sales, marketing and specialty installation skills are staff is prepared
to expand the business to the next level by bringing are franchise concept to all 50 states and
international clients and businesses.

Innovative Sport Surfacing will be a nationwide provider of playground equipment, shade
structures, pavilions, basketball/tennis courts, splash pads, all safety surfacing options and
custom equipment construction services working with Schools K-8, Daycares, CDC's, Head start
