Cold & Frozen Beverage Technician

Job DescriptionJob Description

Responsibilities include:

• Relocate and move soda fountains.
• Light Refrigeration (Training Available).
• Diagnose, service/repair and install soda fountain machines.
• Ensure proper functionality (clean, test and repair equipment before and after installation) of machines for the consumer to use.
• Maintain accurate parts inventory: Use handheld computer device to manage, document, stock, and change parts for quality assurance and excellent customer care.
• Report inventory accurately for business accountability.
• Respond to calls for service promptly with a positive attitude.
• Engage on your calls to provide the best service to the customer, and yourself.
• Complete all call related tasks in a timely fashion.
• Maintain all required certifications.

 

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Cold and frozen beverage experience.
• Must have own hand tools.
