MRO- Stockroom Clerk / SAP Facilitator

We seek an experienced MRO- Stockroom Clerk / SAP Facilitator for a beverage company located in Oxnard, CA.

You will earn $26 an hour, depending on your experience and work the day shift.

As a MRO, you will be responsible for Performing system transactions to maintain the integrity of the INFOR inventory system. You will also be expected to:

• Confirming goods and services
• SAP entrees
• Ownership of obsolete inventory process
• Review and correct inventory balances as necessary.
• Material requisitions and confirmations
• Responsible for period cycle counts and end of year physical inventory. Well defined variance tracking, trending, and variance explanations
• Facility Subject Matter Expert for parked-blocked invoice resolution
• Ownership of maintenance stock room KPIs
• Issuing supplies and on demand items for period end.
• PM Pillar team member (internal team)
• Assist Maintenance Manager and Lead in PM schedules (SAP CMMS)

To qualify for this MNO role, you must have 2+ years of experience in Inventory and Stockroom Management. We also require:

• High School graduate or equivalent College Associates Degree Preferred
• Ability to identify components utilized in an electro-mechanical maintenance environment.
• Experience with SAP preferred.
• Inventory Management including planning and execution of physical inventories
• Experience in receiving goods and services.
• Good communication skills with the ability to interact with differing levels of management
• Micro Soft Office Programs Proficient Including Excel, Word, Power Point
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including group presentations.
