We are seeking a Housekeeper to join our team You will perform a variety of cleaning and organizing duties. The position has a lot of schedule flexibility but weekends will be required throughout our peak season (May-September.) All cleaning supplies and equipment will be provided but cleaners must provide their own reliable transportation. Work ranges from Topsail Beach to Carolina Beach and surrounding Wilmington area. 

Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning vacation rental houses
  • Ensure a clean and orderly environment
  • Sanitize and thoroughly clean spaces
  • Laundering sheets and other linens on-site 
  • Move reasonably small furniture as necessary
  • Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment
  • Small maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and residential air filters 
  • Keep inventory of rental supplies that need to be restocked

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields
  • Familiarity with cleaning materials and equipment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic
  • Strong time management skills
