LEAD Staffing is currently hiring a Low Voltage Electrician for a project in the Tampa, FL area.
As a Low Voltage Electrician, you will be wiring electrical control panel boxes that will be installed in fire stations. Project is approximately 4-6 months.
Requirements:
- Understand how to read wiring diagrams
- Proficiency in using various tools and equipment.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Must be able to speak English or be bilingual.
- Physical fitness and the ability to work in demanding environments.
- You will be sitting & standing throughout the day in an Air-conditioned environment.
Responsibilities:
- Read wiring diagrams.
- Wiring electrical control panel boxes.
- Drill and Tap metal backplates.
- Will be using 18ga & 20ga wiring.
- Will be helping to lift and move backplates and enclosures for shipping, etc.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
