Job Description:

LEAD Staffing is currently hiring a Low Voltage Electrician for a project in the Tampa, FL area.

As a Low Voltage Electrician, you will be wiring electrical control panel boxes that will be installed in fire stations. Project is approximately 4-6 months.

Requirements:

  • Understand how to read wiring diagrams
  • Proficiency in using various tools and equipment.
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to speak English or be bilingual.
  • Physical fitness and the ability to work in demanding environments.
  • You will be sitting & standing throughout the day in an Air-conditioned environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Read wiring diagrams.
  • Wiring electrical control panel boxes.
  • Drill and Tap metal backplates.
  • Will be using 18ga & 20ga wiring.
  • Will be helping to lift and move backplates and enclosures for shipping, etc.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
