JOB TYPE: Full-Time

COMP: $19/hr.

SHIFT: M-F (8am – 4:30pm)

 

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for Warehouse Material Handlers in the Myerstown, PA. In this position you perform various duties including order picking, packaging, loading/unloading, sorting, stowing, and operating warehouse material moving equipment efficiently and safely. Prior experience in warehouse material handling and a consistent work history.

 

JOB DUTIES:

• Operate forklift safely and effectively.

• Pick products to prepare for shipment.

• Loading/Unloading

• Sorting

• Stowing

• Enter all incoming orders into the computer and RF systems.

• Perform general quality checks.

• Maintain accurate documentation for all incoming and outbound orders.

• Adhere to all company safety and operational procedures and policies.

• Ensure warehouse and shipping areas are clean and organized.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Prior experience in warehouse setting using power equipment a plus.

• Be willing and attentive to learn.

• Ability to effectively lift 50 lbs. continuously throughout the shift.

• Physically able to work 8+ hours/day standing, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting heavy weights.

• Comfortable using hand tools or willing to learn.

• Must have a consistent work history.

• Steel Toe Boots required (additional PPE provided)

• Valid Driver's License or state issued photo ID.

• Willingness to give and able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
