Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a Small Business Operations Specialist to join our team You will perform small business operation functions including business development operations, administrative and clerical functions in order to drive company success. This position has tremendous personal and professional growth potential for the ideal candidate.

Responsibilities:

  • Improve operational practices
  • Allocate resources and materials to meet project deadlines
  • Track and forecast operational trends and analysis
  • Provide daily operations oversight for outside teams
  • Formalize policies and procedures in accordance to HR regulations
  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Greet and assist onsite guests
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Perform all other office and business tasks

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in small business operations, business development operations, office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
  • Previous experience in operations or other related fields
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
