About the Role:
Our client is seeking a dedicated Pediatric NP, MD, or DO to join our team in Coolidge, AZ. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive and dynamic environment, providing high-quality care to our pediatric patients. The ideal candidate will have experience in pediatric care and a passion for helping children and their families. Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care: Provide comprehensive medical care for pediatric patients from newborn to age 18, including well-child exams, sick visits, immunizations, and chronic illness consultations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with a team of medical assistants and front desk staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.
• Support and Communication: Utilize Microsoft Teams and phone support for daily and hourly communication with supervising physicians and other clinic locations.
• Onboarding and Credentialing: Participate in an onboarding process tailored to your experience level, with pay consistent during this period. The onboarding process typically lasts a few days for MDs and 2-3 days for NPs.
• Schedule Management: Manage a patient schedule of 22-26 patients per day, with 30 minutes of admin time after lunch to catch up on notes.

Requirements:
• Experience in pediatric care.
• For NPs, previous experience as a provider is required (no new grads for sole provider roles).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical records and Microsoft Teams.
